Baked with Heart, Since the Beginning

Hi, I'm Casie — and baking is more than a passion for me, it's a calling. I started Casie's Confections as a way to share something real with my community: honest, handcrafted food made with the finest ingredients and a whole lot of love.

What began as baking for friends and family quickly grew into something bigger. Word spread about my sourdough loaves and cinnamon rolls, and before I knew it, I was baking for more and more wonderful people across Summerville and the wider Lowcountry.

Every product I create starts with quality ingredients, slow fermentation, and a commitment to doing things the right way — no shortcuts, no additives, no mass production. Just real baking, the old-fashioned way.

I'm also incredibly proud to serve as a Baker for Halls Signature Events, bringing the same passion and quality I put into every home order to unforgettable events and celebrations.
